Echo Capital Group was founded on a straightforward observation: most e-commerce businesses outgrow their operational infrastructure before they realise it. Payment systems that were convenient at launch become reconciliation problems at scale. Accounting tools that worked for one market create compliance gaps across three. Reporting structures that were good enough in year one can not support the decisions required in year three.
We are a boutique firm. That means a small, experienced team, direct client relationships, and a direct consulting model where our CEO leads every engagement personally.
Our client acquisition model is referral-based. That is not incidental. It reflects the nature of the work: operational and compliance topics require a level of trust that advertising does not build.

Five Phases. No Passive Advisory.
Every Echo Capital Group engagement follows a structured delivery workflow designed to move from requirements to fully operational infrastructure as directly as possible.
Phase 01
Requirements Clarification:
We analyse your current setup, define requirements, and assess the technical scope of what needs to be built or fixed.
Phase 02
Workshop and Planning:
A joint working session to develop solution strategies and a detailed project plan with clear milestones.
Phase 03
System Setup and Configuration:
Hands-on technical setup of systems, interface integration, and accounting configuration. This is where most of the work happens.
Phase 04
Reporting and Compliance:
Development of reporting structures, KPI frameworks, and compliance verification. You leave this phase with dashboards and checklists that run without manual intervention.
Phase 05
Ongoing Advisory and Optimisation:
Continuous support via phone and email, process optimisation, and adaptation as your business requirements evolve.

Founder & Managing Director
Oliver, our founder brings many years of hands-on experience in digital operations and payment-system integrations, accumulated across e-commerce businesses operating in European markets. His working style is practical and solution-oriented. He supports clients on essential operational topics that are often underprioritised until they create real problems.
His industry network is extensive and long-standing. Reference clients all are established European e-commerce operators.
The firm's positioning as a referral-based practice reflects our CEOs belief that operational and compliance work requires genuine trust between client and advisor. Echo Capital Group does not pitch broadly. It delivers specifically, for clients who need exactly what the firm does.
